Terms and Conditions:

Flexible Pricing: The base price for our Event Director service is for 8 hours, which includes rehearsals and the actual event. For events longer than 8 hours, additional charges may apply.

Pre-event consultation: Prior to the event, you will have a one-time Zoom briefing session with our Director to discuss your vision and requirements.

​

Exclusive Event Director & Assistant: The fee is solely for hiring our Event Director & assistant and does not include additional services or talent.

Travel Expenses: For events in the Klang Valley, travel expenses for the Event Director and Event Assistant are already included in the package price. However, if the event is outside the Klang Valley, additional charges will apply to cover the travel costs incurred.

Event Duration Adjustment: If the event duration exceeds the initially agreed-upon time, additional charges will be applied based on an hourly rate, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Once the client has attended the Zoom briefing session, any cancellation of the service will result in the payment being non-refundable. This is due to the time and resources invested by the Event Director in preparing for the event. It is essential for the client to carefully consider their event requirements and commitment before proceeding with the service.

Equipment and Resources: The client is responsible for providing any necessary equipment, materials, or resources required for the event unless otherwise agreed upon with the Event Director in advance.

Event Liability: While our Event Director will take every reasonable measure to ensure a smooth event, the client assumes full responsibility for any damages, accidents, or liabilities that may occur during the event.

​

Confidentiality: Our Event Director will treat all event-related information and details with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring the privacy and protection of sensitive data shared during the course of the collaboration.
